Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern the reservation and use of accommodation services provided by Natalija Trbara, VILLA NATALIJA (“Host”, “we”, “us”, “our”) located in Medulin / Croatia.
By making a reservation or staying at the accommodation, the guest (“Guest”, “you”) agrees to these Terms and Conditions.

- Reservations
Reservations may be made via:
Direct booking
Email
Telephone
Online booking platforms (e.g. Airbnb, Booking.com)
A reservation is considered confirmed only after:
Written confirmation by the Host, partnering online booking platforms and/or
Receipt of the agreed deposit/payment
The Host reserves the right to refuse reservations without stating reasons where legally permitted.
- Prices and Payment
All prices are stated in EUR unless otherwise specified.
The total booking price may include:
Accommodation fee
Tourist tax
Cleaning fee
Payment conditions:
Deposit: if asked by the Host
Remaining balance: upon arrival
Accepted payment methods:
Cash
Bank transfer
Online payment (partnering booking platforms)
Failure to pay according to agreed deadlines may result in cancellation of the reservation.
- Cancellation Policy
Cancellation conditions:
Free cancellation up to 14 days before arrival
Cancellation within 14 days before arrival: full amount may be charged
No-show or early departure: full amount will be charged
Refund processing times may depend on the payment provider or booking platform.
If the accommodation becomes unavailable due to force majeure or unforeseen circumstances, the Host may cancel the reservation and refund amounts already paid.
- Check-in and Check-out
Check-in: from 14:00
Check-out: until 10:00
Guests must present a valid identification document upon arrival in accordance with Croatian legal requirements.
Late check-in or late-check-out is without exception subject to prior approval.
- Guest Obligations
Guests agree to:
Use the accommodation responsibly
Respect house rules and neighbors
Maintain cleanliness
Avoid excessive noise, especially during nighttime hours
Not exceed the maximum number of permitted occupants
Not engage in illegal activities
Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay.
- Children and Minors
Parents or guardians are fully responsible for minors staying at the accommodation.
Children must be supervised at all times.
- Pets
Pets are:
Allowed ON REQUEST
Guests are responsible for any damage or disturbance caused by pets.
- Liability
The Host shall not be liable for:
Loss, theft, or damage to Guest belongings
Injuries resulting from improper use of the property
Temporary interruptions of utilities, internet, or external services beyond reasonable control
Force majeure events including natural disasters, government restrictions, or similar events
Guests use the accommodation and all facilities at their own risk.
- House Rules
Guests must comply with all house rules provided in the accommodation.
Violation of house rules may result in immediate termination of the stay without refund.
- Data Protection
Personal data is processed in accordance with applicable privacy laws and the Host’s Privacy Policy.
Guest data may be processed for reservation management and mandatory registration in the Croatian eVisitor system.
- Complaints
Guests are encouraged to report any issues immediately so the Host can attempt to resolve them promptly.
Any complaints should be submitted during the stay whenever possible.
- Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Croatia.
Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Croatia.
- Final Provisions
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
The Host reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time.
